摘  要:北京北陆药业股份有限公司沧州分公司生产废水排放波动很大,成分复杂多变,含有苯类和烃类等大量有毒、有害、难降解物质。采用ABR反应器——A/O工艺——沉淀池——臭氧反应器,并将高浓度废水预先进行有效预处理,以减轻生化系统处理负荷。实践表明,工程运行稳定,最终实现CODcr去除率达95%以上,而且出水稳定达标,产生污泥量少。Wastewater discharged from a pharmaceutical enterprise fluctuates greatly,and its component is complex and changeable.It contains a large number of toxic,harmful and refractory substances such as benzene and hydrocarbons.A pharmaceutical wastewater was treated with the processes of ABR reactor-A/O process—sedimentation tank—Ozone reactor.Effective pretreatment of high concentration wastewater in advance to reduce the treatment load of biochemical system.The result shows that the removal rate of CODcr was over 95%,the effluent water quality met the requirements of the national standard,and there is less sludge produced.
