β-受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭对心功能及生存质量的改善分析

摘　　要：目的探讨β-受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭对心功能及生存质量的改善。方法对84例心力衰竭患者基础资料收集整合并纳入研究对象,参照区组随机设计原则划分本组患者为两组,即对参照组42例、研究组42例。前组患者常规治疗方法,后组患者在前组治疗基础上实施β-受体阻滞剂治疗,统计整合两组与治疗的相关数据指标情况并进行比较。结果研究组心功能分值优于参照组,P<0.05;研究组生存质量评分优于参照组,P<0.05。结论在治疗心力衰竭时,在常规治疗基础上联合β-受体阻滞剂进行治疗,可有效改善心功能,并且提升患者生存质量,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To investigate the improvement of cardiac function and quality of life in the treatment of heart failure with beta blockers.Methods The basic data of 84 patients with heart failure were collected,integrated and included in the study.Patients in the former group received conventional treatment,and patients in the latter group received beta blocker treatment on the basis of the former group.Data indicators related to treatment in the two groups were statistically integrated and compared.Results The heart function score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of heart failure,the combination of-beta blockers on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively improve the cardiac function and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
