摘 要:目的讨论50株临床分离红色毛癣菌对5种常用抗真菌药物的敏感性。方法参照2008年美国临床和实验室标准化委员会出版的M38-A2方案,检测临床分离的50株红色毛癣菌对伊曲康唑、特比萘芬、酮康唑、灰黄霉素、氟康唑的敏感性。结果5种药物对50株红色毛癣菌最低抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)从低至高依次为特比萘芬、伊曲康唑、灰黄霉素、酮康唑、氟康唑,其MIC值几何均数分别为0.004 5μg/L,0.084 8 mg/L,0.641 7 mg/L,1.301 3 mg/L,25.992 0 mg/L。将五组数据录入SPSS 23.0进行秩和检验显示无统计学意义。结论红色毛癣菌对伊曲康唑与特比萘芬敏感性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对氟康唑耐药,特比奈芬MIC最低。Objective To investigate the in vitro susceptibility of antifungal drugs against 50 strains of Trichophyton rubrum clinical isolated.Methods Refering to the M38-A2 Program published by the American Committee of Clinical and Laboratory Standardization,2008,the authors detected the MIC of itraconazole,terbinafine,ketoconazole,griseofulvin,fluconazole against 50 Trichophyton rubrum strains.Results The geometric mean of MIC was 0.004 5 mg/L(terbinafine),0.084 8 mg/L(itraconazole),0.641 7 mg/L(griseofulvin),1.301 3 mg/L(ketoconazole),25.992 0 mg/L(fluconazole).There were significant differences in the susceptibility among these drugs.Conclusion There is no significant statistics difference in the sensitivity of Trichophyton rubrum to itraconazole and terbinafine.Trichophyton rubrum is resistant to fluconazole.The MIC of terbinafine is the tower.
