摘 要:为评估家禽H7N9流感的免疫效果,随机抽取驻马店市24家规模养殖场和部分散养户的健康家禽血清样品908份,采用血凝抑制试验方法对H7N9流感抗体进行检测。结果表明,家禽接种重组禽流感病毒(H5+H7)二价灭活疫苗后,抗体滴度从免疫前的小于等于2log2上升到大于等于5 log2,最高可达到10 log2以上。说明家禽接种该疫苗后体内能很快产生较高滴度的H7N9流感抗体,该疫苗具有良好的免疫效果。In order to scientifically assess the immune effects of avian H7N9 influenza in Zhumadian city,908 serum samples were selected from healthy poultry on 24 large-scale farms and some decentralized households,including 272 pre-immunization serum samples and 636 post-immunization serum samples.The hemagglutination inhibition test was conducted to detect the antibodies to H7N9 influenza.It was shown that the antibody titration was less than or equal to 2 log2 for all poultry before immunity,and above 5 log2 with the highest reaching 10 log2 for 83.31%of poultry inoculated with recombinant avian influenza virus(H 5+H 7)divalent inactivated vaccine.High-titer H7N9 antibodies were rapidly produced in poultry after vaccination with recombinant avian influenza virus(H 5+H 7)divalent inactivated vaccine,showing that the recombinant avian influenza virus(H 5+H 7)divalent inactivated vaccine could produce good immunity effects in poultry.
