外伤性截瘫患者自行间歇清洁导尿训练膀胱功能的康复护理要点分析

摘　　要：目的:探究分析外伤性截瘫患者自行间歇清洁导尿训练膀胱功能的康复护理要点。方法:收治外伤性截瘫患者60例,分为两组各30例。对照组实施常规导尿及护理,试验组给予自行间歇清洁导尿训练膀胱功能的康复护理。观察两组临床护理效果及尿路感染发生率。结果:对照组的尿路感染发生率明显高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用康复护理的方法,对外伤性截瘫患者进行自行间歇清洁导尿训练膀胱功能,具有较好的临床效果。Objective:To explore and analyze the rehabilitation nursing points of bladder function in patients with traumatic paraplegia after self-intermittent cleaning catheterization training.Methods:60 patients with traumatic paraplegia,they were divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine catheterization and nursing,while the experimental group was given rehabilitation nursing of bladder function after self-intermittent cleaning catheterization training.The clinical nursing effect and the incidence of urinary tract infection were observed in the two groups.Results:The incidence of urinary tract infection in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing has good clinical effect in training bladder function of traumatic paraplegia patients with self-intermittent cleaning catheterization.
