摘 要:传统的设备改造方法存在可靠性低的问题,为了解决这个问题,提出电改视域下基于配电网新规划的设备改造。根据不同的线路型号,设置配电新规划设备改造约束条件,在应用全寿命周期成本理念,达到资产效益最大化的投资决策方案,由此,实现配电网新规划的设备改造。在实验中,分别对比两种设备改造方法的可靠性,实验结果表明,所提方法可靠性更高。The traditional equipment modification method has the problem of low reliability.In order to solve this problem,the equipment transformation based on the new planning of the distribution network under the electric power modification domain is proposed.According to different line models,set the constraints of the new power distribution planning equipment,apply the life cycle cost concept,and achieve the investment decision-making plan that maximizes the asset benefits,thereby realizing the equipment transformation of the new planning of the distribution network.In the experiment,the reliability of the two equipment modification methods were compared respectively.The experimental results show that the proposed method is more reliable.
