摘 要:本文主要对一种新型的铜铝过渡接线端子进行研究,涉及电气连接配件技术领域,该过渡接线端子包括铜制端和铝制端;铜制端与铝制端固接,铜制端用于与输电器件固接,铝制端用于与导线固接;铝制端设置有安装孔,导线的前端通过安装孔插入铝制端,并与铝制端固定。通过该项技术的实现,能够缓解现有技术中在进行电表连接或者用户输送电的接线端的连接时经常会出现接线端的导线断股、磨损,甚至因接线端的铜与铝发生氧化,而导致电流过载,出现烧表烧线,进而增加工作量和维护成本,降低安全性等技术问题,以供参考。This paper mainly studies a new type of copper-aluminium transition terminal,which involves the technical field of electrical connection accessories.The transition terminal includes copper terminal and aluminium terminal;copper terminal and aluminium terminal are fixed;copper terminal is used for fixing transmission devices;aluminium terminal is used for fixing conductors;aluminium terminal is used for fixing conductors;aluminium terminal is used for fixing conductors.The front end of the wire is inserted into the aluminium end through the installation hole and fixed with the aluminium end.Through the realization of this technology,it can alleviate the wire strand breakage and wear at the junction end,even lead to current overload and wire burning at the junction end due to oxidation of copper and aluminium,thus increasing workload and maintenance.For reference,technical problems such as reducing safety are discussed.
