摘  要:对在景洪市勐养农场发现的一种橡胶树茎干褐斑溃疡病进行病原菌鉴定,并在室内不同温度条件下测试菌丝生长效果和杀菌剂抑制效果。结果表明,病原菌为Nectria pseudotrichia;在不同温度培养条件下,病原菌菌丝适宜生长温度为15~30℃,生长范围5~35℃。评价了11种杀菌剂对分离物的影响,50%多菌灵、50%多·福·溴菌腈、30%苯甲·丙环唑、240 g/L戊唑醇等4种农药在25℃时最有效,可用于田间防治。The pathogen causing stem brown spots canker occurred in rubber plantations of Mengman state-farm was identified in Jinghong city.The effect of mycelium growth under different room conditions and the fungicides`inhibitory effect were determined as well.After amplified and analysis,morphological and molecular confirmed that the pathogen obtained was Nectria pseudotrichia.The suitable growth temperature for this hyphae ranged in 15 to 30 degrees,and the optimum was at 20°C.It would keep growing within the temperature of 5 to 35°C.Additionally,the effect of eleven fungicides against the isolate was evaluated in vitro.50%Carbendazim,50%2-benzo imidazole methyl carbamate+Thiram+Bromothalonil,50%Difenoconazole+Propiconazole and 240 g/L Tebuconazole were found to be most effective in suppressing the mycelial growth of the isolate incubated at 25°C.The four fungicides could be used to control stem brown spots canker of Nectria pseudotrichia in the field.
