摘  要:某星载电子设备在随机振动试验中发出嗡鸣,经排查确认是由于设备上的长螺杆共振引起的。为了找出长螺杆共振现象的原因,对某星载电子设备进行了PSD响应测试和有限元分析。试验和计算结果表明在X方向上整机的二阶固有频率与长螺杆的一阶固有频率很接近,在该频率附近长螺杆的振幅被整机放大。在此基础上给出了改进措施,并且通过有限元分析对改进措施的效果进行了验证,为后续各型加固电子设备的研发和故障排除提供了参考作用。A spaceborne electronic equipment buzzed in random vibration test.After investigation,it was confirmed that it was caused by the long screw on the equipment.In order to find out the resonance of long screw,PSD response test and finite element analysis of resonance phenomenon of long screw in random vibration of the spaceborne electronic equipment were carried out.The test and calculation results show that the second-order natural frequency of the spaceborne electronic equipment in the X-direction is close to the first-order natural frequency of the long screw,and the amplitude of the long screw near this frequency is amplified by the spaceborne electronic equipment.On this basis,improvement measures are put forward,and the effect of improvement measure is verified by finite element analysis,it provides a reference for the research and troubleshooting of various types of reinforced electronic equipment.
