摘　　要：我国已在全国范围内建设了一定数量的下沉式广场,该文以北京某高校下沉广场渗漏问题为例,通过现场查勘,讨论分析了渗漏问题发生的原因,制定了相应的渗漏治理方案,最后思考在下沉式广场建设实施过程中应该如何确保下沉式广场房间的防水体系质量可靠。China has built a certain number of sinking squares throughout the country.Taking the leakage problem of sinking squares in a university in Beijing as an example,through on-site investigation,this paper analysed the causes of the leakage problem,and formulated the corresponding leakage treatment plan,and finally considered how to make sure the waterproofing system of the sunken square room is reliable in the building process of sinking squares.
