摘 要:在建筑施工行业内,BIM应用已逐渐深入到企业管理流程中,部分企业为各管理功能搭建了基于BIM的独立管理平台,如进度管理、物资管理、安全管理、质量管理等等,各子系统平台的运行虽然方便了单方面管理应用,但多个平台的应用也增加了复杂性和落地难度,该文从企业集成研发角度,整合各个子系统管理功能,提出了一套基于BIM的项目集成管理平台的研究方法,实现项目集约化管理,提升工作效率,降低项目管理成本。In the construction industry,the application of BIM has gradually penetrated into the enterprise management process.Some enterprises have built independent management platform based on BIM for each management function,such as schedule management,material management,safety management,quality management and so on.The operation of each subsystem platform is convenient for the application of the unilateral management,but the application of the multiple platforms also increases the complexity and the landing difficulty.From the point of view of enterprise integrated research and development,this paper integrated the management functions of each subsystem,and put forward a set of research methods of project integrated management platform based on BIM to realize the intensive management of the project,improve the working efficiency and reduce the project management cost.
