摘　　要：1例隆鼻术后假体反复下沉患者于假体取出术后采用自体真皮脂肪瓣予以填充矫正,术后随访半年,鼻背高度适中,线条流畅,未发生组织下移,效果满意。One patient with repeated prosthesis sinking after the rhinoplasty was given the filling of autologous der mal fat flaps to correct the condition following the removal of prosthesis.The follow up half a year after the operation found that the nose back had a moderate height and smooth outline,and no tissue down shift was observed,presenting satisfying effect.
