摘　　要：介绍了重量平衡系统在超级压光机压光中的应用,提高了压光机的生产能力和对纸幅的整饰效果,以及平衡系统平衡液压缸拉力的计算,压光机压区线压力四种工作状态。This paper discusses the application of weight balancing system in super calenders,which improved calender capacity and finishing effect.Furthermore balancing hydraulic cylinder tension calculation and four operation conditions of calender nip linear pressure were also introduced.
