摘 要:细胞缝隙连接通讯(GJIC)是细胞间最重要的通讯方式之一,缝隙连接斑(GJP)的内化有利于细胞膜上缝隙连接蛋白的更新和细胞应对环境的刺激或改变。细胞通过将GJP内化形成球形缝隙连接体(AGJ)并运送到溶酶体降解,降解主要包括自噬体-溶酶体途径和核内体-溶酶体途径,其中核内体-溶酶体途径有助于缝隙连接蛋白的回收利用。细胞间普遍表达的缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)的泛素化和磷酸化修饰对于GJP的内化有重要作用,目前认为这两种化学修饰相互协作完成GJP的内化。论文综述GJP的内化和Cx43的降解及其调控机制,为后续研究提供参考。Gap junction intercellular communication(GJIC)is one of the most important cellular communications.The internalization of gap junction plaque facilitates the regeneration of cell membrane gap junction proteins and the stimulation or change of cell response to environment.The annular gap junction(AGJ)formed by GJ plaques and transported to lysosome for degradation,mainly includes autophagosome-lysosome and endosomal-lysosome pathways,in which the endosomal-lysosome pathway plays an important role in GJ protein recycling.Ubiquitination and phosphorylation of the commonly expressed gap junction protein connexin 43(Cx43)between cells play an important role in the internalization of GJ plaques.Currently,it is believed that the two chemical modifications cooperate to complete the internalization of GJ plaques.This paper reviewed the recent foreign literature reports on the internalization of GJ plaques formed by Cx43,providing theoretical reference and basis for further exploration of the internalization mechanism of GJ plaques formed by Cx43 and related studies.
