3种抗菌药物对维氏气单胞菌的体外抑菌效果

摘　　要：为了解常用抗菌药物对维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii)的体外抑菌效果,采用试管二倍稀释法测定恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考和复方磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM 2∶TMP=5∶1)对维氏气单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);用平板菌落计数法测定3种抗菌药物对维氏气单胞菌的杀菌动力学与抗菌后效应(PAE)。结果显示,3种抗菌药物对维氏气单胞菌的MIC值分别为0.02μg/mL(恩诺沙星)、1.60μg/mL(氟苯尼考)和62.50μg/mL(复方磺胺二甲嘧啶)。1×MIC^8×MIC范围内,恩诺沙星对维氏气单胞菌发挥杀菌作用,氟苯尼考和复方磺胺二甲嘧啶发挥抑菌作用。3种抗菌药物对维氏气单胞菌均可产生明显的PAE,氟苯尼考和复方磺胺二甲嘧啶在1×MIC^8×MIC时对维氏气单胞菌(A.veronii)的PAE随着药物浓度的增加而增大;但恩诺沙星对维氏气单胞菌的PAE在1×MIC^2×MIC时随着药物浓度的增加而增大,4×MIC时减小。研究结果为气单胞菌病的临床治疗提供了实验依据。To study the postantibiotic effects(PAE)of some common antimicrobials against Aeromonas veronii,the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of enrofloxacin,florfenicol and compound sulfamethazine(sulfamethazine and trimethoprim by 5∶1 combination)were determined by two-fold broth macrodilution method,the PAE and killing kinetics of the three antimicrobials were determined by colony counting.The results showed that the MIC of the three antimicrobials were 0.02μg/mL(enrofloxacin),1.60μg/mL(florfenicol),and 62.50μg/mL(compound sulfamethazine).At 1×MIC-8×MIC,enrofloxacin exerts a bactericidal effect on A.veronii,and florfenicol and compound sulfamethazine exert bacteriostasis.The three antibacterials can produce significant PAE on A.veronii.At 1×MIC-8×MIC,the PAE of florfenicol and compound sulfamethazine against A.veronii gradually increase along with the concentrations increase;at 1×MIC,2×MIC,the PAE of enrofloxacin against A.veronii gradually increases along with the concentrations increase,but the PAE decreases at 4×MIC.The results provided a experimental evidence for the clinical treatment of aeromoniasis.
