摘  要:圆环链链轮磨损是影响圆环链使用寿命的主要原因,为了分析影响圆环链链轮磨损的关键参数,采用SolidWorks对刮板输送机驱动链轮与圆环链进行建模,设计多因素多水平正交试验,使用ANSYS Workbench模块分析了不同参数的链轮与圆环链啮合接触时的应力状态;根据试验结果,分析链轮参数对驱动链轮与圆环链接触时各参数对接触应力的影响;同时,确定了几组试验中的最优的参数组合。分析与验证结果证明了研究结论的正确性。The wear of ring sprocket is the main factor affecting the service life of ring chain.In order to analyze the key parameters affecting the wear of ring sprocket,by using the SolidWorks,the model of driving sprocket and ring chain of scraper conveyor is built,and the multi-factor and multi-level orthogonal experi ments are designed.The stress state when the sprocket with different parameters contaccts with the ring china is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench module.According to the experimental results,the influence of sprocket param eters on the contact stress of driving sprocket and ring link is analyzed,and the optimum combination of parame ters in several tests is determined.The analysis and verification results prove the validity of the research conclu sions.
