摘  要:说明锅炉给水泵综合节能改造的必要性,提出行星液力调速装置改造方案,并阐述了行星液力调速装置工作原理和节能特点。以新疆某电厂为例,从机械系统、滑油系统和电气系统三个方面介绍了用行星液力调速装置原尺寸代替液力偶合器给水泵机组的改造工程。对给水泵综合节能改造方案从可行性、经济性和改造后实施的效果进行对比分析。总结出用行星液力调速装置改造的优势,使电厂用电率下降0.4%,同时具备安全稳定,高效节能等特点。The necessity of integrated energy-saving reform of boiler feed water pump is explained,the improved scheme of planetary hydraulic speed regulating device is put forward,and its working principle and energy saving characteristic is expounded.Taking a power plant in Xinjiang as an example,the renovation proj ect of feed water pump unit replacing hydraulic coupling with the original size of planetary hydraulic speed regu lating device from mechanical system,lubricating oil system and electrical system is carried out.A detailed comparative analysis of the feasibility,economy and effect of the comprehensive energy saving reform of the feed water pump is carried out.It is concluded that the advantages of planetary hydraulic speed regulating de vice can reduce the power consumption rate of power plant by 0.41%,and at the same time have the characteris tics of safety,stability,high efficiency and energy saving.
