摘  要:为了研究养护温度对铝酸钙水泥结合刚玉质浇注料中温性能的影响,将制得的浇注料分别在5、10、25、40和50℃养护,110℃烘24 h后分别于800和1 100℃热处理,检测其显气孔率、常温抗折强度和常温耐压强度,并分析了相同条件处理的基质试样的物相组成以及养护温度对浇注料中温强度影响的原因。结果表明:随养护温度的升高,铝酸钙水泥水化程度增加,促进水化产物均匀分布,使水化产物分解后与Al 2O 3反应原位生成CA、CA 2的量增加,因而增强了浇注料的中温强度。In order to study the effect of the curing temperature on the intermediate temperature properties of calcium aluminate cement bonded corundum castables,the prepared castables were cured at 5,10,25,40 and 50℃,respectively,dried at 110℃for 24 h and heat treated at 800 and 1 100℃,respectively.Then the apparent porosity,the cold modulus of rupture and the cold crushing strength were measured.The phase composition of castable matrix treated under the same conditions and the influence of the curing temperature on the intermediate temperature strength of the castables were also analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the curing temperature,the hydration degree of calcium aluminate cement increases,which promotes the uniform distribution of hydration products and increases the amount of CA and CA 2 generated in situ by the reaction of the hydration products with Al 2O 3 after decomposition,thus enhancing the intermediate temperature strength of the castables.
