摘 要:以棕刚玉、碳化硅、铝酸盐水泥、氧化铝微粉等原料制备Al2O3-SiC-C质铁沟浇注料,对比研究了普通SiO2微粉与高纯SiO2微粉对浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:1)高纯SiO 2微粉杂质含量极低,其体积平均粒径仅为普通SiO2微粉的10%,比表面积比普通SiO2微粉高50%。2)在铁沟浇注料使用高纯SiO2微粉可以促进铁沟浇注料凝固,降低铁沟浇注料的需水量,提高铁沟浇注料的成型致密度、常温强度、高温强度、抗渣性能和实际使用寿命。Al2O3-SiC-C iron trough castables were prepared using brown corundum,silicon carbide,aluminate cement and alumina micropowder as starting materials.Effects of ordinary silica micropowder and high purity silica micropowder on the properties of Al2O3-SiC-C iron trough castables were studied and compared.The results show that:(1)the high purity SiO2 micropowder has a very low impurity content,its volume average particle size is only 10%of ordinary SiO2 micropowder,and the specific surface area is 50%higher than the ordinary SiO2 micropowder.(2)Introduction of the high purity SiO2 micropowder in iron trough castables can accelerate the solidification,reduce the water demand,and improve the molding density,cold strength,hot strength,slag resistance and practical service life of iron trough castables.
