摘  要:超临界循环流化床(CFB)机组采用常规煤水比控制策略,存在惯性大、滞后长等问题,导致主蒸汽压力波动大,负荷响应效果差,在区域控制误差(ACE)模式下更为严重。本文根据CFB机组的特点,提出一种负荷快速响应的协调控制优化策略,采用主蒸汽流量协同中间点温度实现全过程给水控制;前馈调节与PID偏差调节相结合,采用负荷和主蒸汽压力偏差共同作用于锅炉主控的负荷快速响应;充分利用CFB锅炉蓄热,通过汽轮机主控与各调节阀指令响应负荷变化。某超临界350 MW CFB机组应用该控制优化策略后,主蒸汽压力波动小且温度稳定,变负荷运行时控制效果良好,ACE模式下负荷响应综合评价指标Kp值达4.21,满足电网考核指标。The supercritical circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boilers use the conventional coal-to-water ratio control strategy,which exists large inertia and long lag problem,resulting in large fluctuation in main steam pressure and poor load response performance.Under area control error(ACE)mode,the rapid change of AGC load will increase the fluctuation of fuel quantity and steam pressure,especially for circulating fluidized bed(CFB)units.Against this problem,according to the characteristics of CFB units,a coordinated control strategy of load rapid response is proposed.In this strategy,the feed water control of the whole process is realized by using the main steam flow rate and the intermediate point temperature.Both the load and the main steam pressure deviation act on the rapid response of the main control of the boiler by the combination of feedforward regulation and PID deviation adjustment.The heat storage of the CFB boiler is fully used and the load change is responded through the main control of the steam turbine and the instruction of each regulating valve.Moreover,this control strategy was applied in a supercritical 350 MW CFB unit of Shanxi Hepo Power Plant,and the results show that,the main steam pressure fluctuation was small,the steam temperature was stable,and the value of the load response comprehensive evaluation index Kp in ACE mode reached 4.21,which proves that the control effect of the supercritical CFB unit in varying load operation is good and the ACE index reaches excellent level.
