摘  要:本文搭建小型鼓泡试验系统,研究了H2O2在碱性条件下的脱硝机理,对比了不同金属对H2O2脱硝效果的催化作用与催化机理,探究了NaOH-Ca(OH)2-H2O2体系脱除烟气中NO的关键试验参数。结果表明:在小型试验台上H2O2分解产生的·O2^-对NO有显著的氧化脱除效果;Ca(OH)2可以促进H2O2分解产生·O2^-;NaOH-Ca(OH)2-H2O2体系中添加Ca(OH)2最佳质量分数为0.1%,吸收液最佳温度为45℃;在单独脱除NO时,NaOH-Ca(OH)2-H2O2体系NO脱除效率最高可以达到90%;在流量为100 m^3/h的中试喷淋塔试验台上进行稳态试验,NaOH-Ca(OH)2-H2O2体系最高NO脱除效率可以维持在71.1%。On a self-built small-scale bubbling experimental system,the denitrification mechanism of H2O2 in alkaline environment was investigated.The role of different metals in catalyzing H2O2 denitrification was studied,and the key parameters for NO removal in the NaOH-Ca(OH)2-H2O2 system were discussed.The results indicate that,the ·O2^- radical decomposed from H2O2 had strong oxidability to NO.The addition of Ca(OH)2 could facilitate the generation of ·O2^- radical from H2O2.The denitrification efficiency reached 90%as the addition concentration of Ca(OH)2 was 0.1%and the temperature of absorbent was 45℃.Furthermore,the denitrification efficiency maintained at 71.1%in steady state test of pilot spray tower with flow rate of 100 m^3/h.
