摘 要:为了实现多种污染物的一体化脱除,缩短烟气净化流程,降低系统整体阻力,本文对陶瓷催化滤管进行了X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征分析、比表面积及孔径分布分析等,研究了陶瓷催化滤管的物理化学特性在污染物脱除过程中的作用规律和内在的污染物脱除机制。搭建了多种污染物一体化脱除的实验台,实验研究了各种影响因素对陶瓷催化滤管一体化脱硝和除尘效率的影响。结果表明,在一体化脱除塔前喷射氨气,可实现粉尘和NOx的一体化高效脱除,陶瓷催化滤管出口粉尘质量浓度在5 mg/m^3以内,出口NOx质量浓度低于50 mg/m^3。To realize integrated removal of multiple pollutants and shorten the flue gas purification process and reduce the overall system resistance,the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)characterization and specific surface area and pore size distribution analysis were performed to study the role of the physical and chemical properties of the ceramic catalytic filter in the pollutants removal and the mechanism of the internal pollutant removal.Moreover,an experimental setup for integrated removal of multiple pollutants was built up,and experiments were conducted to study factors affecting the denitrification and dust removal performance of the ceramic catalytic filter tube integrated removal system.The results show that,injecting ammonia gas in front of the integrated removal tower can realize the integrated and efficient removal of dust and NOx.The mass concentration of dust at outlet of the ceramic catalytic filter is less than 5 mg/m^3,and that of NOx at the outlet is less than 50 mg/m^3.
