摘 要:加氧处理因可以有效抑制给水系统、高压加热器(高加)疏水系统的流动加速腐蚀,而成为超(超)临界机组优选的水处理措施。全保护加氧处理工艺通过向给水、高加疏水同时加氧,明显降低了给水、高加疏水铁质量浓度,其中给水采用精确加氧的低氧处理,加氧前后蒸汽基本无氧,不存在促进氧化皮集中脱落的风险,该加氧工艺安全可靠。在安徽安庆皖江发电有限责任公司(神皖安庆电厂)超超临界1 000 MW机组上采用全保护加氧处理工艺,应用效果良好,能够对水汽系统起到全面保护的作用,理论和实践证明以空气为介质的全保护加氧工艺不会影响给水水质。The oxygenated treatment can effectively prevent flow accelerated corrosion in feed water system and high pressure heater drain system,which becomes the optimal water treatment measure for(ultra)supercritical units.By simultaneously oxygenating to both the feed water and high pressure heater drain,the fully protection oxygenated treatment technology can significantly reduce the mass concentration of iron in feed-water and high pressure heater drain.The feed water is treated with precise aerobic hypoxia,the steam basically contains no dissolved oxygen before and after the oxygenation,so there is no risk in promoting the concentrated shedding of oxide scale in the steam system.This oxygenated process is safe and reliable.Application of this fully protection automatic oxygenated treatment technology in ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW units in Shenwan Anqing Electric Power Plant shows that,the application effect is good,the water vapor system can be fully protected,the theory and the practice prove that the this fully protection automatic oxygenated treatment process with air as the medium does not affect the water quality of the feed water.
