利拉鲁肽与胰岛素泵治疗超重2型糖尿病的疗效与安全性

摘　　要：目的:探讨利拉鲁肽与胰岛素泵治疗超重2型糖尿病的效果及安全性。方法:选取本院100例超重2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50),其中观察组实施利拉鲁肽进行治疗,对照组则采用胰岛素泵进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果、药物不良反应及治疗前后的BMI、血压和血糖相关指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(88.00%)高于对照组(78.00%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组药物不良反应发生率稍低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及BMI均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利拉鲁肽治疗超重2型糖尿病有助于改善患者超重情况且具备一定的安全性,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Liraglutide and insulin pump in the treatment of overweight type 2 diabetes.Method:A total of 100 overweight patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were selected.They were divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with Liraglutide,while the control group was treated with insulin pump.The therapeutic effect,adverse drug reactions,BMI,blood pressure and blood glucose relevant indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(88.00%)was higher than that of the control group(78.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial blood glucose(PBG),glycaemic hemoglobin(HbA1 c),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and BMI of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liraglutide in treatment of overweight type 2 diabetes mellitus is helpful to improve the situation of overweight of patients and has certain security,it is worth promoting.
