摘 要:山东冠县污水处理厂一期卡鲁赛尔氧化沟技改前存在内回流比无法精确调控,缺氧池停留时间不足、碳源药剂投加效果不佳等一系列问题,导致总氮去除率不足30%。通过厌氧池改缺氧池、新增内回流泵与管道及更换碳源等一系列技改措施,最终实现总氮去除率提升近30%。本次施工改造采用管道伸入式施工方案,整个改造过程中污水处理厂正常运行,技改费用共计42.027万元,包括内回流泵、安装附件、控制箱部分及管道施工费用四部分,技改前一个月出水总氮平均值为25.78 mg/L,技改后一个月出水总氮平均值为10.44 mg/L,技改后一个月总氮达标率为100%。There are a series of problems in the first phase of Carusell oxidation ditch of Guanxian WWTP in Shandong Province, such as inaccurate regulation of internal reflux ratio, insufficient residence time of anoxic tank and poor effect of carbon source agent, which leads to less than 30% of total nitrogen removal rate. The total nitrogen removal rate is increased by nearly 30% through a series of technological modifications, such as changing anaerobic tank to anoxic tank, adding internal reflux pump and pipeline, and replacing carbon source. The pipeline extension construction scheme is adopted in this construction transformation. The WWTP operats normally in the whole transformation process. The total cost of technical transformation totals 420.27 million yuan, including internal reflux pump, installation accessories, control box and pipeline construction cost. The average of total nitrogen in effluent of one month before technical transformation is 25.78 mg/L, the average of total nitrogen in effluent of one month after technical transformation is 10.44 mg/L, and the last one after technical transformation is 25.78 mg/L. The monthly total nitrogen rate is 100%.
