摘　　要：超声检查时借助口服超声助显剂可使胃壁及其病变清晰显示。本文就我科在经腹超声诊断胃常见疾病和胃排空功能评估方面的应用体会进行分享,希望经腹胃超声检查方式能更普及,使更多患者受益。The gastric wall and its pathological changes can be clearly shown with the aid of oral contrast agent by ultrasound.This article shares with some experiences in diagnosing common gastric diseases and evaluating gastric emptying function by transabdominal ultrasound.It is hoped that transabdominal gastric ultrasound,a noninvasive and real-time examination method,can be popularized and benefit the majority of patients.
