摘 要:目的:观察不同时期鹅主要免疫器官的组织学形态结构。方法:采用H-E染色对6个不同发育时期鹅的胸腺、法氏囊和脾进行组织学观察,统计胸腺小体、淋巴滤泡和脾小结数目并进行单因素方差分析。结果:研究显示鹅胸腺小体、法氏囊淋巴滤泡、脾小结数目在不同时期差异显著。结论:为深入了解鹅主要免疫器官组织分化发育过程、家禽免疫学和胚胎相关领域的形态学研究提供依据。Objective:To observe the morphological changes of immune lymphoid organs of goose in different periods of development.Methods:In this experiment,the morphology of thymus,bursa of Fabricius and spleen in six different developmental periods was studied using H-E staining.Besides,the number of goose thymic corpuscle,bursal lymphoid follicles and splenic nodule was also counted and analyzed with One-way AVONA.Results:The result showed that the number of goose thymic bursal lymphoid follicle s,splenic nodule had significant difference in different periods.Conclusion:This experiment paves the way for further study on the dif ferentiation and development process of major immune organ tissue of goose and morphology about immunology-and embryo-related fields in poultry.
