摘 要:目的:探讨儿童反复呼吸道感染(RRTIs)与骨强度水平的相关性。方法:随机选取1~3岁的318例RRTIs患儿作为研究组,312例正常体检儿童作为对照组,对比2组的骨强度水平和骨强度不足率;对比研究组中不同性别RRTIs患儿骨强度水平和骨强度不足率;分析研究组的骨强度水平与年龄的相关性。结果:研究组的骨强度水平低于对照组(P=0.00);研究组的骨强度不足检出率高于对照组(P=0.00);研究组内不同性别骨强度水平差异无统计学意义(P=0.23),研究组内不同性别骨强度不足检出率差异亦无统计学意义(P=0.44);研究组儿童骨强度水平随着年龄的增长而上升,两者之间呈正相关(r=0.269,P=0.000)。结论:RRTIs患者骨强度水平明显减低,年龄越小,骨强度水平越低。检测RRTIs患者骨强度水平对于RRTIs并发骨强度不足的诊断、治疗以及预后的评估等方面均具有重要意义。Objective:To discuss the relevance between recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTIs)and bone strength level in children with RRTIs.Methods:The 318 RRTIs patients were collected as an observation group,and 312 healthy children were recruited as a control group randomly.The bone strength level and the detection rate of insufficient bone strength were contrasted between the two groups,the bone strength level and the detection rate of insufficient bone strength were contrasted between dif ferent genders in the observation group too.The relevance between bone strength level and age was analyzed.Results:The bone strength level in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P=0.00).The detection rate of insufficient bone strength in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P=0.00).There was no statistical significant difference in the bone strength level in different genders in the observation group(P=0.23).There was no statistical significance difference in the detection rate of insufficient bone strength in dif ferent genders in the observation group too(P=0.44).The bone strength level in the observation group gradually increased with the growth of age,and the bone strength level had significance positive correlation with age(r=0.269,P=0.000).Conclusion:The bone strength level in children with RRTIs is significantly lower,the younger the age,the lower the bone strength level.Detection of bone strength is significant in diagnosis,treatment and evaluation of prognosis in rate of insufficient bo ne strength in children with RRTIs.
