摘  要:本文提出了一种X波段的双圆极化微带天线。单元天线利用宽带定向耦合器实现双圆极化特性,切换馈电端口可辐射左、右旋圆极化波。耦合器通过金属化通孔与圆形贴片连通,获得了良好的轴比性能。仿真结果表明,单元天线的工作频带为9.5-11.0GHz,带内轴比小于2.04dB。单元天线剖面高度约为0.09倍波长,相对带宽为14.63%。辐射右旋圆极化波时,XOZ面、YOZ面的半功率波束宽度分别为98.5°、96.7°;辐射左旋圆极化波时,XOZ面、YOZ面的半功率波束宽度分别为97.8°、96.9°。并将单元天线排列成十六元线阵,仿真阵列的性能。十六元阵列的工作频带为9.6~10.9GHz,带内轴比小于2.61dB,最高增益18.16dBi,相对带宽为12.68%。An X-band dual circularly polarized micro-strip antenna is proposed in this paper.A broadband directional coupler is utilized in the antenna to achieve dual circular polarization.Left-and right-handed circular polarized waves can be radiated with the excitation of different ports.The coupler exhibits good axial ratio performance by connecting to the circular patch with the metallic through hole.The simulated results show that the operation frequency band is 9.5~11.0 GHz and the axial ratio is lower than 2.04 dB.The element has a relative bandwidth of 14.63%in a low profile of 0.09λ.It is also found that the element achieves large 3dB beamwidths in XOZ and YOZ plane,which are respectively 98.5°and 96.7°for RHCP,while they are 97.8°and 96.9°for LHCP.A sixteen-element array is also simulated,obtaining 12.68%bandwidth(9.6~10.9 GHz).Within the band,the axial ratio is lower than 2.61 dB and the peak gain is 18.16 dBi.
