摘  要:本文以二次雷达天线箱体为例,设计了框架铆接、整体焊接两种不同的结构型式箱体。为了减少天线在自重和风载荷作用下产生的变形,提升天线整体的刚度与强度,建立天线箱体、骨架和内外支架等参数化模型,优选天线各组成部分材料,并利用力学仿真软件对其进行优化设计。仿真结果与工程实践同时表明两种设计方案均能满足天线的输入指标;通过对比两种方案可知,整体焊接的箱体存在较大优势。这为后续类似天线结构的设计提供了参考。Taking the antenna box of secondary radar as an example,this paper designs two different structural types of box,which are frame riveting and integral welding.In order to reduce the deformation of antenna under the action of self-weight and wind load and to improve the stiffness and strength of the whole antenna,parametric models of antenna box,frame as well as inner and outer brackets are established.The materials of each component of the antenna are optimized,and the mechanical simulation software is used to optimize the design of the antenna.The simulation results and engineering practice both show that the two design schemes can satisfy the input index of antenna.By comparing the two schemes,it can be seen that the integral welding box has obvious advantages.This provides a reference for the design of similar antenna structures.
