摘 要:大石门水利枢纽工程左岸古河槽内蓄水位以下中更新统Q2冲积砂砾石覆盖层厚度超过200m,存在渗漏问题,需对其进行防渗处理。通过现场灌浆试验对超深砂砾石层的钻孔方式和灌浆方法进行分析对比,提出并试验了绳索钻具泥浆护壁钻进工艺及填料护壁孔口封闭灌浆法,结果表明此种钻孔工艺及灌浆方法操作简便、成孔质量高、灌浆效果好、工效高,适用于超深覆盖层灌浆工程,可在后续灌浆工程中推广应用。The cover layer of middle and regrown system Q2 alluvial sand and gravel below the water level in the ancient river channel on the left bank of Dashimen water conservancy project is more than 200m thick,which has the problem of leakage.It should be treated with seepage prevention.The drilling mode and grouting method of ultra-deep sand gravel layerare analyzed and compared through the grouting test.The rope drilling tool mud protection wall drilling process and the filling wall protection orifice sealing grouting method are proposed and tested.The results show thatthe drilling technology and grouting method are characterized by simple operation,good pore forming quality,grouting effect and high efficiency,which are applicable to ultra-deep coverage layer grouting projects,and can be applied in the subsequent grouting projects.
