摘　　要：引江济淮工程是一项跨长江、淮河两大流域的战略性资源配置工程。本文在系统梳理安徽省引江济淮工程基本情况的基础上,对工程特殊性进行了总结研究,进一步分析并阐述了从省级层面对该工程管理开展立法工作的重要意义。The water diversion project from Yangtze River to Huaihe River is a strategic resource allocation project across the Yangtze River and Huaihe River area.Based on a systematic review of the basic situation of the water diversion project from Yangtze River to Huaihe River,this paper summarizes and studies the particularity of the project,further analyzes and expounds the significance of carrying out legislative work on the project management at the provincial level.
