微信平台结合PDCA健康教育在初产妇母乳喂养中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究微信平台结合PDCA健康教育在初产妇母乳喂养中的应用效果。方法:选取132名初产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组,各66例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组实施微信平台结合PDCA健康教育模式,比较2组产前1周和产后1周母乳喂养自我效能,产后1个月、3个月、6个月的纯母乳喂养率和母乳喂养问题发生率。结果:观察组产后1周母乳喂养自我效能高于对照组(p<0.05),观察组产后1个月、3个月、6个月的纯母乳喂养率分别为87.88%,77.21%,74.24%,分别高于对照组的66.67%、48.48%、36.36%(p<0.05),观察组母乳喂养问题发生率低于对照组(4.55%VS 28.79%)(p<0.05)。结论:微信平台结合PDCA健康教育对初产妇母乳喂养有积极影响。[Objective]To analyze the influence of WeChat platform combined with PDCA cyclein breast feeding of primipara.[Method]132 primiparas were randomly divided into study group and control group with 66 primiparas in each group.The control group were subjected to routine health education while the study group were treated with WeChat platform combined with PDCA.Then the breastfeeding self-efficacy one week before delivery and one week after delivery,the rate of pure breastfeeding one month,three months and six months after delivery.Incidence of breast feeding problems were compared between two groups.[Result]The pregnant women in study group showed higher breastfeeding self-efficacy than that of the control group.The rates of pure breastfeeding one month,three months and six months after delivery were 87.88%,77.21%and 74.24%,respectively,higher than those in the control group,which were 66.67%,48.48%and 36.36%.The(incidence of breastfeeding problems in the study group was lower than that in the control group(4.55%VS 28.79%).[Conclusion]WeChat platform combined with PDCA has positive effects in breast feeding for primipara.
