摘　　要：目的探讨家庭医生签约式服务模式对社区糖尿病患者健康促进行为及血糖控制效果的影响。方法将2017年3月~2018年2月110例社区糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组进行常规干预。观察组进行家庭医生签约式服务模式干预。比较两组干预前后改良健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ评分、治疗依从性、血糖、糖化血红蛋白及患者满意度。结果两组干预前改良健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ评分、治疗依从性、血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组改良健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ评分、治疗依从性、血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均优于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭医生签约式服务模式有助于社区糖尿病患者健康促进行为及血糖控制效果的改善,在社区糖尿病患者中的应用价值相对更高。Objective To investigate and observe the influence of family doctor contract service mode on the health-promoting behavior and glycemic control effect of community patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 110 community patients with diabetes mellitus from March 2017 to February 2018 were divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group were with routine intervention group,the observation group were with family doctor contract service mode group.Then compared the modified health promoting lifestyle Scale II,treatment compliance,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and patient satisfaction before and after the intervention in two groups.Results The evaluation and detection results of modified health promoting lifestyle Scale II,treatment compliance,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of two groups before the intervention were compared,the differences of two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the modified health promoting lifestyle Scale II,treatment compliance,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of observation group after the intervention were better than those of control group.Patient satisfaction was higher than that of control group,the differences of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The family doctor contract service mode is more helpful for the improvement of the health-promoting behavior and glycemic control effect of community patients with diabetes mellitus,so its application value in the community patients with diabetes mellitus is higher.
