摘　　要：针对高校网络舆情边评估研究较少、评估指标单一、评估因素特定等问题,提出多指标加权关键边评估模型。首先,将高校网络拓扑化,并利用矩阵表示网络参与者之间的关系;其次,计算网络拓扑中每条边的边介数以及支撑边两个点的点介数;最后,分析在边介数、支撑边两个点的点介数及3个指标的不同加权作用下高校网络中关键边的评估情况。根据多指标加权关键边评估模型,可从网络舆情引导机制、信息工作机制、预警和处理机制4个方面为高校网络舆情引导策略的制定提供参考。To solve the problems of college network public opinions that there are few studies on edge evaluation,evaluation index of these studies are single and evaluation factors are specific,an evaluation model of vital edges based on multi-index weighted was proposed.Firstly,college network was expressed with a topology and a matrix which can describe the participants and their relationships.Secondly,edge betweenness of every edge and node betweenness of two nodes that supported the edge were calculated.Finally,evaluation results with different weight of the edge betweenness and two node betweennesses were analyzed.According to the model based on vital edges of multi-index weight,college network public opinion guidance methods can be provided from online public opinion guidance mechanism,information work,early-warning and handling methods.
