腰椎间盘突出合并脊柱滑脱患者的手术治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析腰椎间盘突出合并脊柱滑脱患者的手术治疗方法与效果。方法选取本院2016年9月至2018年12月期间收治的78例腰椎间盘突出合并脊柱滑脱患者,根据治疗方法分组,对照组(n=39)采用常规综合保守治疗方法,观察组(n=39)采用手术方法进行治疗,随访3~6个月,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组患者总有效率(94.78%比76.92%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后ODI评分、VAS评分分别为(11.64±2.82)分、(2.15±0.11)分,对照组分别为(15.86±3.52)分、(4.45±0.63)分,观察组均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组生活质量(生理、心理、躯体、精神)评分均达到90分以上,均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论给予腰椎间盘突出合并脊柱滑脱患者手术治疗,采用融合固定手术,临床效果显著,可有效改善患者临床效果,提高关节功能,缓解疼痛,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the methods and effects of surgical treatment for lumbar disc herniation with spondylolisthesis.Methods 78 cases of lumbar disc herniation with spondylolisthesis were selected from September 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital.According to the treatment methods,the control group(n=39)was treated with conventional comprehensive conservative treatment,while the observation group(n=39)was treated with surgical treatment,and the follow-up period was 3-6 months.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group(94.78% vs.76.92%)(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the ODI and VAS scores of the observation group were(11.64±2.82)and(2.15±0.11)respectively,while those of the control group were(15.86±3.52)and(4.45±0.63),respectively.The quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation with spondylolisthesis can improve the clinical effect,joint function,pain relief,and quality of life of patients.
