中医药治疗吸宫不全的典型医案举隅

摘　　要：吸宫不全,是指人流术后部分妊娠组织物的残留,是人工流产的常见并发症。其远期并发症有宫腔粘连,慢性盆腔炎,月经不调等,对女性生殖系统健康带来极大的危害。文章通过阐述中医药治疗吸宫不全的临床案例,表明通过中医药治疗吸宫不全,可达到预期效果。中医药治疗吸宫不全既让患者免去了再次手术的痛苦,又体现了中医药的“简、便、效、廉”,方案值得推广。Incomplete uterine aspiration refers to the residual tissue after induced abortion,which is a common complication of induced abortion.The long-term complications include intrauterine adhesion,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,irregular menstruation,etc.,which cause great harm to the health of female reproductive system.The article expounds the clinical case of TCM in the treatment of incomplete uterine aspiration,showing that the treatment can achieve the expected results,which not only relieves patients from the pain of re-operation,reflects the"simple,convenient,effective,and inexpensive"characteristics of TCM.The program is worth promoting.
