摘 要:海上油田经过长时间注聚后经常会出现油井端液量大幅度下降,注入端注入压力高,难以注入的问题,而常规酸化解堵等措施效果差、有效期短。针对上述两大难题,海上油田开展了针对疏松砂岩进行过筛管压裂的室内研究与先导性试验。通过射孔方式的选择、裂缝设计、液砂比、端部防砂方式及压裂材料的选择等方面,设计了一口适应J油田W井的工艺技术。结果表明:过筛管压裂工艺技术是一种有效的低产低效井治理方式,且相关工艺技术能够适应海上油气田复杂的施工条件,具有较好的经济价值。After a long period of polymer injection in offshore oilfields,it often appears that production fluid volume of oil well decreases dramatically,the injection pressure is high,and it is difficult to inject.However,conventional acidizing and plugging removal measures have poor effect and short validity period.In view of the above two major problems,laboratory study and pilot test of fracturing through screen for unconsolidated sandstone have been carried out in offshore oilfields.Through the selection of perforation mode,fracture design,liquid-sand ratio,end sand control mode and fracturing material selection,a technology suitable for W well in J oil field is designed.The results show that fracturing through screen is an effective treatment method for low production and low efficiency wells,and the related technology can adapt to the complex construction conditions of offshore oilfields and has good economic value.
