摘  要:采用饱和浸渍法制备了Pd/Al2O3催化剂,借助N 2吸附、XRD、H 2-TPD和NH 3-TPD对催化剂进行表征分析,在固定床反应器上考察反应条件对催化剂催化加氢性能的影响以及在优选条件下催化剂的稳定性。结果表明,催化剂比表面积和孔径较大,活性金属Pd主要以微晶形式分散在催化剂表面,催化剂表面Pd含量较高,催化剂以中强酸为主。反应温度对催化剂活性影响较大,适当提高反应压力和空速有利于对甲氧基环己酮选择性的提高。乙二醇二甲醚(DME)为溶剂,反应温度140℃,反应压力0.5 MPa,对甲氧基环己酮质量空速0.4 h-1条件下连续反应30天,对甲氧基苯酚转化率维持在99%以上,对甲氧基环己酮选择性维持在85%以上。Pd/Al 2O 3 catalyst was prepared by saturate d impregnation method,the catalyst was characterized by N 2 adsorption,X-ray diffraction,H 2 temperature-programmed desorption and NH 3 emperature-programmed desorption,reaction conditions and stability of the catalyst was evaluated in a fixed-bed reactor.The results showed that the catalyst has a specific surface area and a larg pore diameter,active Pd is mainly adsorbed and dispersed in the form of crystallites on the catalyst surface,and also has a suitable acid property.Reaction temperature has a great effect on the activity of the catalyst,properly increasing space velocity and reaction pressure were beneficial to the selectivity of 4-methoxycyclohexanone.Ethylene glycol dimethyl ether(DME)as the solvent,running continuously for 30 days under the conditions of reaction temperature 140℃reaction pressure 0.5 MPa,4-methoxyphenol space velocity 0.4 h-1,the convertion of 4-methoxyphenol is maintained above 99%,the selectivity of 4-methoxycyclohexanone is maintained above 85%.
