摘 要:螺栓法兰垫片接头是压力容器中常用的静密封连接形式。工程上常常采用泄漏率来表征其紧密性。本文从螺栓法兰垫片接头的泄漏率计算模型、密封泄漏失效预测模型和影响螺栓法兰垫片系统的关键因素对其密封性能进行文献综述,为螺栓法兰连接结构设计与泄漏率控制提供参考。Bolt-flange-gasket joint is a kind of static-sealing structure which is commonly used in pressure vessels.Leakage rate is often employed in engineering to represent the tightness of the bol-flange-gasket joint.In this paper,t,a literature review on the sealing performance of the bolt-flange-gasket joint was performed with concentrations on leakage rate prediction models,seal failure prediction models and key factors affecting the tightness,which could provide references for the design and sealing control of the bolt-flange-gasket connection.
