新工科背景下地方本科高校应用型人才培养刍议

摘　　要：当前,新工科理念已对我国高等教育形成了重要影响。在新工科建设中,地方本科高校应以市场需求为导向,办学思路要注重融合和创新,培养目标要体现个性化与差异性,强调对学生全面发展的素养要求。在应用型人才培养中,培养目标的设定应有科学合理的研究机制,必须建立综合化的支撑体系和及时全面的反馈系统,并不断完善办学基础,优化师资,强化实验室建设,围绕专业能力培养优化课程体系和教学内容。At present,the concept of new engineering has formed an important influence on Chinese higher education.In the construction of the new engineering,local undergraduate universities and colleges should take the market demand into account and pay attention to the integration and innovation of running a school.Besides,the cultivation objectives should reflect individuality and difference and emphasize the literacy requirements for students to develop in all aspects.In the cultivation of the applied talents,a scientific and reasonable research mechanism should be built.It is necessary to establish an integrated support system and a timely and comprehensive feedback system.The local undergraduate universities and colleges should constantly improve the foundation of running schools,optimize the staff team,strengthen the construction of the laboratory,and optimize the curriculum system and teaching contents related to the cultivation of professional skills.
