摘　　要：[目的]研究快速康复外科理念联合正性心理干预对子宫广泛切除术病人康复效果的影响。[方法]选择医院2015年10月—2018年10月收治的60例子宫广泛切除术病人为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组实施快速康复外科护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施正性心理干预,对比不同干预方式对病人心理状态及术后康复效果的影响。[结果]两组病人出院日焦虑抑郁得分均下降且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛程度及并发症发生率低于对照组,排气时间、尿管留置时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]正性心理干预能够改善子宫广泛切除术病人的心理状态,良好的心理状态能够提升快速康复外科理念的临床应用效果。Objective:To study the effect of the concept of fast recovery surgery combined with positive psychological intervention on the effect of rehabilitation of patients with extensive hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with extensive hysterectomy admitted to hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The patients in control group was given nursing intervention of fast recovery surgery,while the patients in observation group were given positive psychological intervention on the basis of that in control group,then to compare the effects of different intervention methods on patients′psychological state and postoperative rehabilitation effect.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression in both groups decreased on discharge day and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the degree of postoperative pain and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the time of exhaust,indwelling urinary catheter and hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Positive psychological intervention can improve the psychological state of patients with extensive hysterectomy,and good psychological state can improve the clinical application effect of the concept of fast recovery surgery.
