摘　　要：[目的]基于德尔菲法构建泌尿造口病人延续护理方案。[方法]通过查阅文献及采用半结构式访谈,拟定初步的泌尿造口病人延续护理方案,采用德尔菲法,咨询泌尿外科方向、造口伤口方向护理管理的12名专家,进行两轮咨询,形成泌尿造口病人延续护理方案。[结果]12名专家经过2轮咨询后意见趋于一致,专家的可靠性高,构建的泌尿造口病人延续护理方案包括生理、社会、心理3个一级指标,6个二级指标和37个三级指标。[结论]本研究构建的泌尿造口病人延续护理方案内容科学、可靠、完整,对临床开展泌尿造口病人延续护理的实施具有较好的指导意义。Objective:To construct a continuing nursing program for urostomy patients based on Delphi method.Methods:Through literature review and semi-structured interview,the preliminary content of continuing nursing program for urostomy patients was drawn up.Delphi method was adopted to consult 12 experts in urological surgery nursing,wound stomy nursing and nursing management,and two rounds of consultation were conducted to form a continued care plan for urostomy patients.Results:After two rounds of consultation,the opinions of 12 experts converged and the reliability of experts was high.The continuing nursing program for urostomy patients consisted of three first-level indicators,six second-level indicators and 37 third-level indicators in physiological,social and psychological aspects.Conclusions:The continuing nursing program for urostomy patients constructed in this study is scientific,reliable and complete,which has a good guiding significance for the clinical implementation of continuing nursing for urostomy patients.
