摘　　要：介绍了一款用于某钢丝绳电动葫芦的新型吊钩组。该吊钩组具有结构简单,易于加工,组装方便等特点。此外该吊钩组还从实际使用需求出发增加操作抓手和钢丝绳保护装置,使操作更规范更安全并能有效延长钢丝绳寿命和防止上极限位置空钩偏斜。通过FEA有限元分析及严格的寿命试验保证其安全。因此与传统的吊钩组相比其具有更优越的性能及更具竞争力的生产成本。This paper introduces a new type of hook group for a wire rope electric hoist.The hook group has the characteristics of simple structure,easy processing,convenient assembly and the like.In addition,starting from actual use requirements,the hook group also adds an operation grip and a steel wire rope protection device,so that the operation is more standardized and safer,the service life of the steel wire rope can be effectively prolonged,and the deflection of the empty hook at the upper limit position can be prevented.The device has passed FEA finite element analysis and strict life test,thus ensuring safety.Therefore,compared with the traditional hook group,the device has superior performance and more competitive production cost.
