摘 要:为了提高静压传动叉车液压系统的效率,结合变频技术和电液比例技术提出一种流量控制方法。通过电控方式调节电机转速和比例调速阀开度,使单泵多执行器系统中泵供给流量与系统需求流量相匹配,减小节流损失和溢流损失。在AMESim软件平台上搭建液压系统模型,针对叉车作业过程中的多种工况进行仿真分析。结果表明:该流量控制方法可以实现叉车行走系统和门架系统的流量按需分配,并且能有效减小节流损失和溢流损失。In order to improve the efficiency of hydrostatic transmission forklift hydraulic system,the paper proposes a flow control method by combining frequency conversion technology and electro-hydraulic proportional technology.The throttling loss and overflow loss are reduced by adjusting the motor speed and the opening of the proportional speed regulating valve in an electric control mode to make the pump supply flow rate in the single pump multi-actuator system match with the system demand flow rate.The hydraulic system model is built on AMESim software platform to carry out simulation analysis under various working conditions during forklift operation.The results show that the flow control method can realize the flow distribution on demand of forklift truck traveling system and gantry system and can effectively reduce throttling loss and overflow loss.
