摘 要:以750 t履带起重机为例,应用Ansys对超起工况的组合臂架进行双重非线性稳定性计算。通过对单主臂模型、单副臂模型与组合臂模型的载荷-位移曲线对比分析,深入研究双重非线性对组合臂架整体稳定性的影响。改变组合臂中主臂或副臂的长度,探究臂架长度对组合臂稳定性的影响。计算结果表明,组合臂的双重非线性比组合中的单主臂和单副臂的表现更明显,组合臂中的副臂对整体稳定性影响比主臂更大。Taking a 750 t crawler crane as an example,this paper uses Ansys to calculate the double nonlinear stability of the combined boom under over-load condition.By comparing and analyzing the load-displacement curves of the single main boom model,the single auxiliary boom model and the combined boom model,the influence of double nonlinearity on the overall stability of the combined boom frame is deeply studied.The influence of the boom length on the stability of the combined boom is explored by changing the length of the main boom or the auxiliary boom in the combined boom.The calculation results show that the double nonlinearity of the combined boom is more obvious than that of the single main boom and the single auxiliary boom,and the auxiliary boom in the combined boom has greater influence on the overall stability than the main boom.
