摘 要:根据连续皮带机摩擦驱动理论,建立了头部三滚筒驱动系统的数学模型,导出了驱动力计算公式,并找出了影响驱动力配置的主要因素;通过分析头部三滚筒驱动特性,运用理论计算推导出了驱动力分配比和功率分配比数学模型,重点分析了围包角对滚筒驱动力分配的影响,从而得出了各滚筒驱动力分配特性,并找出了驱动力分配和功率分配的影响因素,为连续皮带机驱动装置设计提供理论基础和依据。According to the friction drive theory of continuous belt conveyor,this paper establishes the mathematical model of the head three-drum drive system,derives the calculation formula of the drive force,and finds out the main factors influencing the configuration of the drive force,deduces the mathematical models of the driving force distribution ratio by analyzing the driving characteristics of the three rollers on the head and the power distribution ratio by theoretical calculation,analyzes the influence of the wrap angle on the driving force distribution of the rollers in detail,thus obtaining the driving force distribution characteristics of each roller,finding out the influencing factors of the driving force distribution and the power distribution and providing theoretical basis for the design of the driving device of the continuous belt conveyor.
