摘　　要：事故方选用了非国家标准制造的起重吊钩,在使用过程中,防脱开口销被剪断,吊钩螺母松退、脱落,吊钩及重物一同坠落造成一死一伤的事故,建议使用方要选购符合国家标准的起重吊钩,严格执行安全规程,定期认真检查设备及附具,落实好安全主体责任。The lifting hook chosen by the accident party does not meet requirements of national standards.During use,the antidropping cotter pin was cut off,the hook nut loosened and fell off,and the hook and heavy objects fell together,resulting in an accident of one death and one injury.It is suggested that the user choose a lifting hook that meets the national standards,strictly implement the safety regulations,carefully check the equipment and accessories regularly,and implement the main responsibility of safety.
