摘  要:实现航天测控系统装备保障、快速维修、高效维护的前提是能够充分掌握装备部件运行状态、使用寿命、故障率等信息以及相关备件信息,当装备出现问题时,能够依据以往运行情况、故障点位为问题排查提供参考,快速获取备件需求信息,并对备件需求提供响应。在深入分析航天测控系统组成的基础上,将无线射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术应用于航天测控系统装备管理中,对装备运行情况、备件储备情况等信息进行集中采集、管理和查询。通过基于RFID航天测控系统装备管理平台的建立,实现了装备精确、全面、系统的管理,为后续装备的分析维修提供了有效的保障手段,为试验任务的圆满执行奠定基础。The precondition of realizing the equipment support,rapid maintenance and efficient maintenance of the space tracking,telemetering and command system is to be able to fully grasp the equipment information such as the operating status,service life and failure rate of the equipment components and the related spare parts reserve information.When the equipment has some problems,the previous operation and fault location can be referred for troubleshooting,quickly obtaining spare parts requirements and responding to spare parts requirements.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the composition of the space TT&C system,the RFID technology is applied to the equipment management of the space TT&C system for centralized collection,management and query of the information about equipment operation and spare parts provision.The equipment management platform of space TT&C system based on RFID is established to implement the accurate,comprehensive and systematic management of equipment,which provides an effective guarantee for the analysis and maintenance of subsequent equipment and lays a foundation for the successful execution of combat test tasks.
