摘  要:开采保护层区域防突措施是当前行之有效的防突治本措施。以施茶亭煤矿为例,试验考察确定了保护层开采有效保护范围,并对保护效果进行了分析。开采上保护层2#煤层后,通过测定被保护层3#、4#煤层瓦斯压力、钻孔流量、相对膨胀变形率,得出3#煤层沿倾斜方向下方卸压角为75°,4#煤层沿倾斜方向下方卸压角为73°,3#煤层走向方向卸压角为60°,4#煤层走向方向卸压角为60°。3#、4#煤层最大残余瓦斯含量分别为4.39 m3/t、4.96 m3/t,小于8 m3/t,表明在保护层卸压保护范围内为无突出危险区。3#煤层透气性增大1812倍,4#煤层透气性增大664倍,保护效果非常明显。对于低透气性煤层群开采具有重要工程应用价值。The regional measures for mining protective layers are currently effective measures to prevent and cure this problem.Taking Shichating Coal Mine as an example,after mining with protective layer,by measuring gas pressure,borehole flow rate and relative expansion deformation rate of 3#and 4#coal seams,it is concluded that the pressure relief angle of the 3#coal seam is 75°,4#coal seam The pressure relief angle at the lower side is 73°,the pressure relief angle of the 3#coal seam is 60°,the pressure relief angle of the 4#coal seam is 60°,and the maximum residual gas content of the 3#and 4#coal seams is 4.39 m3/t and 4.96 m3/t respectively.,less than 8 m3/t;3#coal permeability increased by 1812 times,and 4#coal seam permeability increased by 664 times.It shows that the mining layer mining effect is very obvious,and it has important engineering application value for low permeability coal seam mining.
